Batch file conversion tips

RAON Tools supports up to 10 files at once for audio and image tools. Batch conversion is convenient, but browsers have memory limits. The safest design is to show a batch workflow to the user while processing the files one by one in the browser.

Why the limit is 10 files

Audio decoding and image rendering can use a lot of memory. A single long audio file may contain millions of samples, and one high-resolution photo can contain tens of millions of pixels. A 10-file limit keeps the tool useful without making the browser tab unstable.

Why files are processed one by one

Running every conversion at the same time can freeze a browser, especially on older laptops or mobile devices. RAON Tools processes the selected files sequentially. This makes progress easier to understand and reduces the chance that one heavy file interrupts the whole batch.

How to check results

Select up to 10 files by using the file picker or drag and drop.
Check the file list before running the tool.
Run the conversion and watch each file move from queued to done.
Download individual files if you only need a few results.
Use ZIP download when you want to keep the whole batch together.

Troubleshooting

If one file fails, try opening it in a normal media player or image viewer first. The file may be damaged, protected, or encoded in a format your browser cannot decode. If a batch is slow, try fewer files or smaller files. Browser-based tools are convenient because they avoid uploads, but they still rely on your device performance.
